Your right

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the order without giving a reason.

When it ends early

An eSIM is a digital service supplied immediately. At checkout you agree that supply starts straight away. Your right of withdrawal ends once the eSIM is installed on a device or the plan is activated.
