Scope
These terms apply on top of the Terms of Service when a company buys Business Data or Business Line & Data services. Consumer rights such as withdrawal do not apply to business purchases.
Orders and contracts
Orders may be one-off or on a 3, 6, 8 or 12-month term as stated in the quote or order. Term plans renew only if agreed.
Invoicing
We issue VAT invoices. Payment terms are as stated in the order or quote.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for who in your organisation uses each line and for their compliance with our policies.
Liability
Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees paid in that period, except where the law does not allow limitation.
